Where do you ship?

Absolutely everywhere! Shipping costs will vary depending on your location.

How and when will my purchases at Dotty&Tink be delivered?

We aim to get your items to you as soon as possible. This is will also depend on your location. Estimated time of arrival on products purchased within the USA and Europe will take approximately 7 to 14 days and are sent by USPS or Royal Mail depending on your location.

Your items will arrive beautifully packaged and safely wrapped.

What cards do you accept?

We accept most cards including Visa, Mastercard. We also accept Paypal payments.

Do you store credit card details?

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

Can I get a Tracking number on my item?

Yes, all items will have a tracking number. These details will be emailed to you upon your purchase.

Can I cancel or change my order?                                                                                                                              

Unfortunately once the order has been placed we will be unable to cancel this order. We will only be able to cancel orders when we have made a personal mistake on the site. If this happens we will solve any problems immediately after you have contacted us.

Can I refund, return or exchange my product?

Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange your items. Each item is hand picked and handcrafted which can lead to slight variations. Once the item is posted and leaves our hands we are unable to take responsibility. We will issue a refund if we have made any mistakes personally. Please ensure that you give us the correct mailing address when at the check out. We will be unable to re-post any items sent to the wrong place.
